I am never ever EVER sleeping on a sofa again!
Seriously, I can hardly move and even typing this journal is hurting! D8
Okay, for the helping issue.
Basically for the past 1-2months or so, I have had some really bad trouble sleeping. Now, my mother just insists that its because I stay on the computer late at night and she sugested reading. So, for two nights in a row, I got off the computer at 9 and went to lay down and read. I still didnt get to sleep until about, 2.30am. Not impressed.
Another thing that has been happened to me is that for the past...I would say 2 weeks, I have been having nightmares every single night. I usually wake up either crying or sweating like hell. I have no idea whats causing this, and its nothing to do with what I eat before I go to bed...I have had this discussion many a time.
This also doesnt help me get to sleep because Im afraid to shut my eyes.
SO, anyone got anything they can suggest to help me?
Anything?!
The only thing I can truely think of it going to the doctors. Maybe they would supply me some sleeping pills?

Try a winding down session; cocoa/herbal tea, bath, dim lights, a soft music.

DeviantART FAQ #52 "How do I get more pageviews?"
As for the nightmares I can't really help because I don't have them very often, and most are self induced (eg I think of something scary or sad and then have a nightmare about it).

Scorpius Malfoy X Albus Potter is just an excuse to write dracoXharry with extra fun characters thrown in ^^
I'll let you know if I find anything out.

Open the window, pull your bed cover to the half. Now go to the bathroom wash your theeth, was your face go back to bed, get a chair and start reading a book for atleast 30 minutes then close the window and turn the lights off and go to bed, close your eyes and try day dreaming of something, like as if, role playing Jay.
lol.
If you cant go to sleep, open the window and start reading your book agaiin :]
Thats so complicated > ____ <
But try something like that :]
Thats what helps me when i cant go to sleep, i open the window and day dream untill i fall asleep.

How to get more pageviews: [ [link] ]
I'm personally tried everything although the 'listening to happy-music' plan has worked a little. It doesn't make me fall asleep earlier in the night but helps me to fall asleep a little quicker.
Don't worry we'll figure something out.

nightmares...well, if you are aware that you are IN a nightmare, the best thing to do is tell yourself you are dreaming, that waking up is the best thing, etc.(sorry but i really dont know; for all my nightmares i usually tell myself im dreaming, and i fall asleep IN the nightmare, forcing me to wake up..)
sorry im not too helpful.
